The online Shop is now open for pre-ordering your Truffles. Harvesting usually starts in mid-June and can run well into August. Truffles are harvested on a weekly basis and graded once they have been cleaned. We recommend that novice buyers choose a first-class Truffle as this is our most common kind of Truffle and also
